Litigating an appeal is not for sissies
Each court has its own way of doing things. State and federal procedural rules are convoluted and unforgiving. Substantive laws can be nasty, brutish, and long. This is your last chance to reverse the outcome of a lost trial or finalize a trial you won.
Hundreds of appeals and trials
As an appellate and trial attorney for over 35 years, I represent my clients in courts throughout the country. I am proud of my success rate.
I have appeared before the United States Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Eleventh, and D.C. Circuits; and state appellate courts including the New York Court of Appeals and Connecticut Supreme Court. As a civil and criminal trial attorney, I have litigated hundreds of cases in dozens of courts.
Depend on me for an experienced lawyer who will carefully and intelligently present your case to a demanding forum.
